We’ll be visiting two bars that have been listed on The World’s 50 Best Bars.
Cocktail classes are conducted by our hand picked and curated list of Artisanal bartenders. Learn the fundamental difference between Japanese & American Bartending techniques. Before you try your hands at making your own cocktail, the bartenders will guide you through 3 basic cocktail making techniques of built, shaken and stir.
You can expect their drinks to be unique and specially crafted. Using ingredients from all over Asia — it will be guaranteed a drink that will tickle the fancy of the even most discerning drinker.

Before heading to the bar, our guide will conduct a short foraging tour. As a part of the nation’s attempt in food security to achieve “30 by 30”, Urban foraging is an under-explored facet of the alternative food movement. Food foraging adventures are a hot new travel trend, and tours are popping up in cities and forests all across the globe. Picking and eating plants growing in the wild may seem primitive to city dwellers in Singapore, but that is slowly changing, thanks to a global food trend that is catching on here.
Though foraging in Singapore is technically still illegal* its still fun looking out for wild food gastronomy in our concrete urban jungle. The aim is to open our eyes and realise that food is everywhere, we just need to look for it.
